The arbitrary jump from 190k to 20k proves that 'data' is merely an ornament for power, used to manufacture doubt and seize the right of interpretation over the upcoming results.
This is Meta Violence in action: define a 'threat,' validate it through the direct violence of arrests, and then use cultural fear to induce self-censorship among millions of legal citizens. When the DOJ admits their list is 'not perfect,' they are admitting that collateral damage to citizens is a necessary cost in this existential war.
The true optimal expression would be a just electoral process. Instead, the administration is pursuing a fake optimal expression—intimidating officials and voters to reclaim the pricing power over the election outcome. This 'crackdown on fraud' is nothing more than power paving the way for its own predetermined conclusion.
