这件极其荒诞的事揭露了一个极其严肃的真相：暴力在结构层（structural）的流动是毫无边界的。英国纳税人的钱，通过 Sandhurst treaty 这种冠以“边境安全”之名的协议，买成了法国警察冲撞学生的 4x4 装甲车。从拦截寻求庇护者的沙滩到学生抗议的街道，车辆没换，驾驶员没换，那种将人体视为“障碍物”的认知入口（cognitive entry）也没有换。
这就是典型的暴力三角联动。在 cultural 层，政权通过“反非法移民”这种武器化叙事，将暴力合法化为“秩序维护”；在 structural 层，通过跨境资金协议，将暴力工具规模化。而当这套机制在边境完成了初步的“压力测试”后，它必然会寻找下一个可以施暴的出口。一个 14 岁女孩的血肿，只是这台暴力机器在城市街道进行的一次简单迁移。
最讽刺的是法国内政部那个所谓的“调查”。这种调查本身就是一种共谋（complicity）的表演，旨在通过程序正义掩盖结果的残暴。当一个政权开始把在边境驱逐难民的战术复制到镇压本国学生身上时，它已经不再关心具体的“用途”，它只关心一个事实：只要能通过恐惧实现噤声，任何工具都是最优解表达。
别被“资金用途不符”这种行政失误的叙事给骗了。这根本不是会计错误，而是暴力逻辑的自然扩张。今天它冲向的是寻求生存的难民和追求教育的学生，明天它冲向的是任何一个敢于在街道上表达的人。
This absurd incident reveals a grim truth: violence at the structural level is borderless. British taxpayer money, channeled through the Sandhurst treaty under the guise of "border security," became the 4x4 armored vehicles used by French police to ram students. From the beaches where asylum seekers are intercepted to the streets where students protest, the vehicles remain the same, the drivers remain the same, and the cognitive entry—viewing the human body as a mere "obstacle"—remains the same.
This is a classic linkage of the Violence Triangle. At the cultural level, the regime legitimizes violence as "maintaining order" through the weaponized narrative of "combating illegal migration." At the structural level, it scales this violence through cross-border funding agreements. Once this mechanism completes its "stress test" at the border, it inevitably seeks the next outlet for aggression. The hematoma of a 14-year-old girl is simply the migration of this violence machine into urban streets.
Most ironic is the French Interior Ministry's so-called "investigation." This investigation is a performance of complicity, using procedural justice to mask brutal outcomes. When a regime begins replicating tactics used to expel refugees at the border to suppress its own students, it no longer cares about specific "usage." It only cares about one fact: as long as silence can be achieved through fear, any tool is the optimal expression.
Do not be fooled by the narrative of "misused funds" or administrative error. This is not an accounting mistake; it is the natural expansion of the logic of violence. Today it charges at refugees seeking survival and students demanding education; tomorrow it will charge at anyone daring to express themselves in the street.
