The 'Holy Grail' of Endometriosis and the Scam of Medical Complicity

Diagnostic delay is structural violence; unregulated commercial tests are the harvest of cultural violence.

Telling a woman in agony that her pain is 'normal' or 'in her head' is not a medical error; it is textbook structural violence. In a masculine-centric medical narrative, female pain is dismissed as 'emotional' or 'biologically inevitable,' creating a massive gap between the Potential for relief and the Actual care received. This systemic disregard for the female body is the clinical execution of meta-violence: the power to interpret pain is monopolized by a structure that neither understands nor cares about female suffering.

Now, several startups offer non-invasive tests, framed as a 'holy grail.' But look closer: these products operate through regulatory loopholes under the guise of 'research purposes only.' This is another game. When the formal medical system fails women at the structural level, commercial entities seize the cognitive entry point to profit from desperation. This isn't salvation; it's a precise scam. They are selling 'possibility' as a weaponized expression, devoid of FDA approval or representative evidence.

Good news would be the institutional acceleration of diagnostic standards, not desperate women paying for unverified tests in a regulatory vacuum. When a disease takes 7 to 9 years to diagnose, the problem isn't a lack of tests—it's the complicity of a medical field that objectifies the female body. We don't need more startups; we need to dismantle the masculine-centric narrative that makes this delay acceptable.
