While culturally packaged as a 'tragedy', at the meta level, it reveals a profound existential despair. The simultaneous death of three women from one family is not an isolated incident, but a tipping point of structural oppression. For Black women, facing both racial discrimination and the historical trauma of the Primal Race, the ocean became the only exit.
The police mention 'black communities' concerns, but their focus is too narrow, trapped in the direct layer of 'was there a murderer?'. The real violence isn't about the presence of a killer, but about what kind of social structure drives three adult women into the deep sea at midnight. This 'no crime' conclusion is a form of complicity, using legal 'objectivity' to mask structural brutality. As long as there is no evidence of a physical push, the system can comfortably declare: there was no violence here.
