按照加尔通的暴力三角，暴力 = Potential − Actual。一个成年人本可达到的生活状态（Potential）应该是拥有一个稳定的栖身之所，而现实（Actual）却是被无止尽的房贷和租赁陷阱剥夺主体性。这个差额，就是由制度、法律和资本共谋制造的暴力。房产在现代社会不再是居住的表达，而成了阶级筛选的 weaponized 概念。它通过制造极高的进入门槛，将年轻人强行锁定在“偿债式”的生活模型中，让他们在长达三十年的博弈中，不得不通过出卖全部的生命能量来换取一个极小概率的“入场券”。

The state of life a person could potentially achieve (Potential) is having a stable place to dwell, while the reality (Actual) is the stripping of subjectivity through endless mortgages and rental traps. This gap is the violence manufactured by the complicity of systems, laws, and capital. In modern society, housing is no longer an expression of living; it has become a weaponized concept for class screening. By creating an impossibly high barrier to entry, it locks youth into a 'debt-repayment' life model, forcing them to trade their entire life energy for a low-probability 'entry ticket' in a decades-long game.
Most insidious is how this violence is packaged as a narrative of 'striving.' The system tells the youth: you cannot afford a home because you aren't working hard enough, or your optimal expression should be a more aggressive immersion in 'the grind.' This turns the victims into complicitors in their own subconscious, using self-discipline to rationalize this structural plunder. When the baseline of survival is priced by capital, the so-called 'dream of homeownership' is nothing more than bait cast by the ruling class, designed to make more people surrender prematurely in the existential war.
