This is how meta-violence operates—defining who is disposable and granting this disposal a sense of 'national security' sanctity.
This 'welfare v warfare' debate is essentially a struggle over cognitive entry points. Badenoch seeks to frame empathy as weakness and the feeding of the war machine as strength. This weaponization of expression aims to establish a consensus: in a supposed 'non-end of history' era, the right to exist must yield to the right to kill. The marginalized who will be displaced and stripped of support are the pre-sold costs of this existential war.
