If 'human rights' remain a commodity priced by geopolitical interest, the Miliband doctrine is merely a mild adjustment within the masculine-centric narrative.
The true test of this as a good_news event is whether this reduction of the violence gap can be replicated in Sudan and among all colonized Primal Races. If these sanctions are merely a tool to seize a new 'moral interpretative right' in a fragmented post-Trump order, it is simply another form of weaponized expression.
