在很多家庭的 structural layer 中，谁在洗碗，谁在准备这个“简单”的蛋糕，谁在清理那个所谓的 One-Bowl，这才是真正的博弈。当一个食谱被定义为“简单”时，它实际上在降低这种劳动的定价权。如果一件事情被定义为“只要10分钟准备”，那么执行者在博弈中就失去了主张更多资源或认同的筹码。这就是一种潜意识的共谋：通过定义“简单”，让执行者（通常是女性）在心理上接受这种低价值的定位。
有趣的是评论区。有人在讨论如何用无麸质面粉替代，有人在抱怨味道“meh”。这些讨论完全在审美和口味的维度上进行，而完全屏蔽了劳动的维度。人们在享受“柠檬与橄榄油”带来的中产阶级品味 (Taste) 时，自动过滤掉了背后那个在烤箱前等待两小时、处理油渍的具体个体。这种对劳动的消声，正是元暴力 (meta violence) 在生活细节中的微观体现。

By simplifying the process, it packages tedious domestic labor as a breezy, aesthetic leisure activity, thereby masking the structural nature of kitchen work.
In the structural layer of many households, the real game is about who actually does the dishes, who prepares this "simple" cake, and who cleans that one bowl. When a recipe is defined as "simple," it effectively lowers the pricing power of that labor. If a task is framed as taking "only 10 minutes of prep," the performer loses the leverage to claim more resources or recognition in the existential game. This is a subconscious complicity: by defining the task as "easy," the performer (usually women) is nudged to accept a lower-value identity.
The comments section is telling. People discuss gluten-free substitutions or complain that the taste was "meh." These discussions stay entirely within the realm of aesthetics and taste, completely ignoring the dimension of labor. While enjoying the middle-class Taste of "lemon and olive oil," the actual individual spending two hours by the oven and scrubbing grease is filtered out. This silencing of labor is a micro-manifestation of meta-violence in the details of daily life.
