This "century agreement" is nothing more than a long-term credit note. Before a variable like Trump enters the game, Canada is using a performative generosity to secure a seat in the future pricing power of geopolitics. Whether Ukraine can truly be "rebuilt" depends entirely on whether it remains a useful asset in the Western gaming model.
