英国政府宣布禁止非法定居点产品进口，这在叙事层面上被包装成一次“胜利”。但按照 Violence = Potential − Actual 的公式，真正的暴力差额在于巴勒斯坦人本应拥有的生存权与现实中被屠杀、被驱逐的 Actual 状态之间的鸿沟。禁掉几个定居点的农产品或手工艺品，在 structural 层面只是对暴力收益的一种微小修剪，而没有触及暴力的根源。
这场所谓的“政治转向”本质上是一次典型的共谋博弈。工党政府在面对内部选民压力和公共良知时，选择了一种成本最低的表达：用 trade sanctions（贸易制裁）这种文化层面的姿态，来掩盖其在军事层面的 complicity（共谋）。一边禁止定居点产品，一边继续出口 F-35 零部件和监控技术，这种“一手拿走，一手给予”的操作，让制裁变成了某种政治表演，旨在安抚抗议者，而非救赎受害者。
最危险的武器化叙事在于，当这种局部让步被定义为“胜利”时，它实际上在稀释人们对全面禁运（arms embargo）的诉求。它试图制造一种假象：政府已经“觉醒”并开始“问责”。但只要英国的武器依然在加沙上空投弹，这种禁令就只是 cultural violence 的高级版本——它通过制造一种“我们在行动”的错觉，让结构性的屠杀在某种程度上的合法性得以延续。
好新闻必须基于机制的改变，而不是氛围的营造。如果禁令不能转化为彻底的武器禁运，那么这次所谓的“胜利”不过是权力者在博弈中抛出的一个诱饵，用来换取更多时间去维持那个血腥的现状。

Banning settlement goods while continuing to export F-35 components and surveillance tech is a performance—a way to appease protesters without rescuing victims.
The most dangerous weaponized narrative here is that when such partial concessions are defined as 'victory', they dilute the demand for a full arms embargo. It creates a fake reality where the government has 'awakened'. As long as British weapons continue to drop bombs over Gaza, this ban is just a sophisticated version of cultural violence—manufacturing the illusion of 'action' to sustain the legitimacy of structural massacre.
Good news must be based on mechanistic change, not atmospheric vibes. Unless these bans translate into a total arms embargo, this 'victory' is nothing more than a bait thrown by the powerful to buy more time for a bloody status quo.
