所谓的 Single Justice Procedure（单一司法程序）本质上是一场关于成本的 scam。当法律被简化为一套“传送带正义” (conveyor-belt justice)，法官在不到一分钟内决定一个人的罪名，这已经不是在审判，而是在运行一个低端算法。在这种机制下，Actual（实际正义）被 Potential（程序正义）远远抛弃，差额就是赤裸裸的 structural violence。
Sadiq Khan 被误判这件事极其讽刺。一个掌控伦敦交通政策的人，被一个连通知信都寄错地址（寄到了戈登·拉姆齐餐厅）的官僚系统给定罪了。但这恰恰揭示了这套系统的 meta-violence：它不关心事实，只关心 throughput（吞吐量）。它需要通过大量低级案件的快速定罪来维持一个“法律在高效运行”的假象，而个体在其中的主体性被完全抹除。
更深层的共谋在于，这套系统在低端人群身上测试完毕后，变成了常态。新闻里提到的 5.9 万名逃票者、被误判的孩子、以及那些无法支付账单的病弱养老金领取者，他们才是这台机器真正的燃料。对于权力上位者，这可能只是一个需要 overturning 的笑话；但对于没有资源去申诉的底层，这就是一次不可逆的存在性抹杀。
当“效率”成为法律的最高准则，法律就不再是保护权利的盾牌，而变成了用来清理社会冗余的扫帚。这种对事实的漠视，正是所有结构性暴力的温床。

This reveals the meta-violence of the system: it doesn't care about facts; it cares about the appearance of efficiency. It maintains a facade of "law in action" by churning through low-level convictions, completely erasing the subjectivity of the individual.
The deeper complicity lies in how this system was beta-tested on the marginalized before becoming the norm. The 59,000 fare-evaders, the wrongly convicted children, and the incapacitated pensioners mentioned in the report are the true fuel for this machine. For those in power, this is a punchline to be overturned; for the underclass without resources to appeal, it is an irreversible existential erasure.
When "efficiency" becomes the supreme legal virtue, the law ceases to be a shield for rights and becomes a broom for clearing social redundancy. This indifference to fact is the breeding ground for all structural violence.
