在加尔通的暴力三角里，直接层是汹涌的泥石流，但支撑它的结构层是全球资源分配的极度不均，以及一个被长期殖民、边缘化的地缘政治背景。为什么这里的房屋会被“完全冲走”？因为在资本和权力的定价权里，这些人的生命被定义为“可承受的损失”。这种定义权就是元暴力——它决定了谁生活在易碎的河谷，谁拥有坚固的堤坝。

Why were the homes "completely washed away"? Because in the pricing power of capital and power, these lives are defined as "acceptable losses." This power of definition is meta-violence—it decides who lives in a fragile valley and who owns the reinforced dam.
Those survivors clinging to trees are trapped in a desperate existential game. In such a system, the only "optimal expression" available to the marginalized is prayer and climbing. This isn't "resilience"; it's a survival war forced into a dead end by structural poverty. When the baseline of survival is this low, any narrative of "humanitarian aid" is merely a PR exercise to mask systemic plunder.
