Yet, this is not a final victory. Woolston Eyes still relies entirely on rainfall and requires human intervention for water rotation. Nature here is still in a "managed" state of control, not true autonomy. The real good_news would be if this logic—shifting from "dump" to "habitat"—could be scaled up from an isolated SSSI case into a systemic standard for land use. Without scaling up, this remains merely a delicate bonsai garden amidst a vast industrial ruin.
