A border village with severed transport, no warning systems, and fragile infrastructure has its Actual state deliberately maintained at a minimum. This is not natural selection; it is the result of systemic resource maldistribution.
The mention of Climate Change creates a comforting narrative on the cultural layer: we are all facing a global crisis together. This masks a brutal reality: the global industrial capital manufactures the climate crisis, while the direct violence is borne by the Primal Races and marginalized groups on the edges of the power map. This is a global complicity—developed nations profit from emissions, while border villagers pay with their lives for the system's 'optimal expression.'
A survivor tried to grab his wife's hand and failed. This individual despair is the final settlement of structural deprivation on the flesh. If warning systems had worked ten minutes earlier, if infrastructure weren't so fragile, the gap would have shrunk. But for the centers of power, investing in these remote borders does not align with their 'optimal expression.'
The irony is that this occurs at the intersection of geopolitical gaming between two giants. As both nations warn of bursting lakes, their focus is on border stability, not the guarantee of individual survival rights. In this narrative, human lives are downgraded to statistics in a disaster report, becoming disposable assets in a geopolitical backdrop.
