美国这次对伊朗石油的制裁升级，本质上是一场典型的表达武器化 (weaponisation of expression)。华盛顿通过威胁将对方踢出 dollar-based financial system，试图在认知入口上建立一种‘绝对权力’的叙事：只要我定义你是非法，你就是非法。但这套逻辑在面对中国‘茶壶房’ (teapot refineries) 时失效了，因为这些独立炼油厂在博弈中找到了自己的真.最优解表达——通过复杂的中间人链条和本币结算，直接绕过了美国的认知监控。
这里存在一个有趣的共谋 (complicity) 结构。中国的大型国企炼油厂选择 shunned 伊朗石油，是为了在美元体系这个元暴力 (meta violence) 结构中换取生存红利；而独立炼油厂则在结构性缝隙中通过‘洗标签’（把伊朗油标成马来西亚或印尼油）来套利。这种‘洗标签’的行为本身就是一种对美国解释权的解构：当事实被重新定义，制裁就变成了可以被定价的成本，而非不可逾越的禁令。
最讽刺的是，美国财政部一边警告‘没有人能凌驾于制裁之上’，一边又在担心中国的关键矿产报复。这说明所谓的‘人权’或‘国际法’叙事在此时完全隐身，取而代之的是赤裸裸的存在性战争 (existential war)。双方都在用对方的‘痛点’作为筹码，而伊朗的石油出口额仅仅是这场博弈中被用来定价的客体。在这场游戏中，没有所谓的‘公正表达’，只有谁能制造出让对方感到疼痛的‘真实’。
The US escalation of sanctions on Iranian oil is a textbook case of the weaponisation of expression. By threatening to expel entities from the dollar-based financial system, Washington attempts to establish a narrative of 'absolute power' at the cognitive entry point: whatever I define as illegal, is illegal. However, this logic fails against China's 'teapot' refineries, which have found their true optimal expression in this game—bypassing US surveillance through complex intermediary chains and local currency settlements.
A fascinating structure of complicity is at play here. China's state-owned refiners shun Iranian oil to secure survival dividends within the meta-violence of the dollar system. Meanwhile, independent refiners exploit structural gaps by 'rebranding' oil (masking Iranian crude as Malaysian or Indonesian). This rebranding is a direct deconstruction of the US's power of definition: when facts are redefined, sanctions cease to be prohibitions and instead become a calculable cost of business.
The irony is that while the US Treasury warns that 'no one is above the reach of sanctions,' it simultaneously fears Chinese retaliation regarding critical minerals. This reveals that narratives of 'human rights' or 'international law' have vanished, replaced by a raw existential war. Both sides use the other's vulnerabilities as leverage, with Iranian oil exports serving merely as an object to be priced. In this game, there is no just expression, only the art of manufacturing a 'reality' that causes the opponent pain.
