Sovereignty: The Ultimate Mask for Meta-Violence

Sovereignty in power games is merely a privileged passport used to exempt one's own violence.

The US sanctions against the ICC are not a legal dispute, but a textbook existential war. Marco Rubio's use of "sovereignty" is a weaponized cognitive entry point: it attempts to establish a logic where the powerful possess the right to be exempt from the law before the law is even defined. This is the ultimate form of meta-violence—monopolizing the interpretation of "justice" and "jurisdiction" to legitimize structural violence against others.

The precision of this attack lies in its target: not just the institution, but the biological individuals. Freezing assets, blocking credit cards, and silencing Alexa transforms structural violence directly into direct violence. It sends a clear message to anyone upholding international law: when you challenge the power structures of the masculine-centric narrative, the cost of your "justice" will be paid with your daily survival. This is a despicable gaming strategy, aiming to kill subjectivity by destroying the material basis of existence, forcing the ICC into self-discipline through fear.

The irony is that this "campaign to dismantle threats" has its complicity both internally and externally. The withdrawal of Venezuela and Chad is merely a fake optimal expression of weaker parties seeking survival. They trade their tickets to global justice for short-term survival within a hegemonic structure. When "law" becomes a tool for the powerful to filter out dissidents, the international legal order becomes a massive scam.

The sting here is simple: if a superpower claiming to uphold human rights can shield criminals by sanctioning judges, then the Primal Race—the colonized and oppressed across the globe—has no systemic recourse left when facing the machinery of power. Law is no longer a shield for the weak, but a napkin used by the strong to wipe their hands after committing violence.
