这不仅是地缘政治，更是典型的 masculine-centric narrative。在这种叙事里，所谓的“主权” (Sovereignty) 不是为了保护公民，而是作为一种特权，允许强权者在实施 direct violence（如加沙的战争罪行）后，能够免疫任何形式的外部审判。这种逻辑极其简单：我定义规则，我定义谁是合法执行者，而任何试图用普世人权来约束我的尝试，都被定义为对“主权”的威胁。

Marco Rubio’s rhetoric about the court being “corrupt” and “politicized” is simply a projection of his own script: by redefining “legal mandate,” the US is attempting to seize the final interpretation of facts. When a superpower disagrees with a legal ruling, it doesn't debate evidence; it declares the process “illegitimate” and employs structural violence—via sanctions—to physically erase the space for just expressions.
This is more than geopolitics; it is a textbook masculine-centric narrative. In this framework, “Sovereignty” is not a tool for protecting citizens, but a privilege allowing the powerful to commit direct violence—such as war crimes in Gaza—while remaining immune to external judgment. The logic is crude: I define the rules, I define the legitimate actors, and any attempt to constrain me through universal human rights is branded as a threat to “sovereignty.”
The irony is palpable. The US promotes a “rules-based international order” globally, yet the moment those rules target its allies or soldiers, the order is revealed as a scam. This is a form of meta-violence: by monopolizing the interpretation of “civilization” and “law,” the aggressor is rebranded as the guardian of order, while legal officials seeking justice are labeled as “malicious” actors. Through this complicity, the blood of victims is erased at a structural level, because they are stripped of the possibility of being “seen” by the law.
