When a 15-point plan fails to satisfy the greed for territory and absolute control, the plan becomes a disposable draft. This 'peace' is essentially an upgrade of structural violence: it attempts to repackage the survival rights of the colonized as a tradable asset under Western-defined rules.
The irony is that women and children in Gaza are always treated as backdrops or moral ornaments for starting or stopping wars. In this loop of meta-violence, who are the complicit? The media that equates 'diplomatic effort' with 'humanitarianism,' and the mediators seeking a seat at the table of power. They conspire to hide one fact: as long as the power of interpretation remains monopolized by these so-called 'strongmen,' any plan is just giving violence a more 'civilized' skin.
