Today’s digital nomads answering emails under beach umbrellas aren't ‘passionate’ about work; they are adopting a fake optimal expression to survive in a game where institutional protections have vanished. They believe they are enjoying life, but they are actually trading their subjectivity for a precarious existence within the totalizing logic of the market.
