这是一种极其阴险的共谋。中产阶级在体育和音乐的浪漫叙事中消费，而支撑起这种“繁荣”的，是大量处于 entry-level、毫无议价能力的年轻人。他们被告知这是“职业生涯的第一步”，但实际上，他们进入的是一个被设计好的、缺乏保障的临时性陷阱。这种 job bounce back 并不是能力的提升，而是需求的波动——当资本发现可以通过临时工的低薪来对冲大型活动的成本时，他们才会宣布“市场回暖”。

It is a cynical complicity. The middle class consumes the romantic narratives of sports and music, while the engine of this 'prosperity' is a mass of entry-level youth with zero bargaining power. They are told this is their 'first experience of work,' but in reality, they are entering a designed trap of precariousness. This bounce back isn't about growth; it's about volatility—capital announces a 'recovery' only when they find they can offset the costs of mega-events using cheap, temporary labor.
Even more ironic is the REC official mentioning an 'Indian summer' potentially extending these opportunities. In the logic of meta-violence, this simply means labor can be underpaid for longer. These 'opportunities' actually widen the gap between Potential and Actual: instead of stable career growth and just expressions of wages, youth get a temporary slot serving others' euphoria under the scorching sun.
Who won this victory? The capital owners who control the calendars and define 'cultural events.' The recruited youth, by performing the fake optimal expression of the 'hardworking beginner,' are merely signing a pact of complicity with a structural system of exploitation.
