Meanwhile, the 'constructive cooperation' between Putin and Kim Jong-un reveals the logic of the top-level complicity: two dictators validating each other's legitimacy. Their so-called 'regional security and stability' is actually a complicity of power monopoly. In this framework, whether they are Ukrainian civilians or Polish refugees, they are merely cognitive entries deployed on social media to inflame hatred and manufacture polarization. In this game, no one is truly human; everyone is a consumable under a specific narrative.
