所谓的“外交接触”或“技术性会谈”，本质上是一场关于谁能在这场存在性战争中分到一杯羹的共谋。当欧盟在布鲁塞尔讨论遣返难民，当俄罗斯签署军事协议，当印度寻求制裁豁免时，他们并不是在与一个政府谈判，而是在与一个由元暴力驱动的暴力机器达成利益分配协议。在这种 cynical calculation 面前，阿富汗女性的教育权和生存权被简化成了谈判桌上的一个可有可无的 tag。
塔利班极其聪明地利用了认知入口。他们知道，只要在物理空间上维持对女性的绝对控制，就能向其内部成员证明其“纯洁性”；而只要在国际空间上表现出“不可或缺”的地区稳定性，就能诱导外部国家将其 repressive regime 视为一种“政治现实”。这种“政治现实”就是典型的 structural violence：它将暴力的现状定义为不可改变的基准，从而让所有与之合作的共谋者在心理上完成自我合理化——“为了大局”、“为了人道援助”或“为了边境安全”。
最令人作呕的 scam 是那些一边谴责人权危机，一边深化外交接触的西方国家。这种叙事上的分裂恰恰证明了文化暴力的运作机制：通过在口头上维持“人权”的文化符号，来掩盖在结构层面上对塔利班政权合法性的背书。当一个政权可以通过剥夺原初种族的全部主体性来换取地缘影响力时，全球权力中心在事实上已经达成了一次默契的共谋：女性的身体，依然是这个世界最廉价且最易被交易的资源。
What is termed as "diplomatic engagement" or "technical talks" is, in essence, a conspiracy over the spoils of an existential war. When the EU discusses deporting asylum seekers in Brussels, when Russia signs military pacts, or when India seeks sanctions waivers, they are not negotiating with a government—they are striking a deal with a violence machine driven by meta-violence. In this cynical calculation, the education and survival of Afghan women are reduced to a disposable tag on a bargaining table.
The Taliban have masterfully weaponised the cognitive entry points. They realise that by maintaining absolute control over women in physical space, they prove their "purity" to their base; meanwhile, by presenting themselves as "indispensable" for regional stability, they lure foreign powers into accepting their repressive regime as a "political reality." This "reality" is a textbook case of structural violence: it defines the status quo of violence as an unchangeable baseline, allowing all complicit actors to rationalize their betrayal through narratives of "the greater good," "humanitarian aid," or "border security."
The most repulsive scam is played by Western nations that condemn human rights abuses in one breath and deepen diplomatic ties in the next. This narrative split exemplifies how cultural violence operates: by maintaining the cultural symbol of "human rights" verbally, they mask the structural legitimation of the Taliban regime. When a regime can trade the total erasure of the Primal Race's subjectivity for geopolitical influence, the global power centres have effectively entered a pact of complicity: the female body remains the cheapest and most tradable resource in the world.
