特朗普的“傀儡师行动” (Operation Puppet Master) 并不是什么法律失误，而是一次极其标准的表达武器化实践。他通过重新定义“国内恐怖主义”这个认知入口，直接将公民的合法表达——抗议驱逐——在叙事层面上强行转化为“刑事共谋” (criminal complicity)。
这套逻辑的本质是典型的元暴力：权力垄断了对“事实”的解释权。当 ICE 杀害 Renee Good 时，结构性暴力被掩盖在“执法”的掩体下；而当民众记录这种暴力时，这种表达被定义为“妨碍公务”。这就是一个闭环的 scam：权力制造暴力，然后将对暴力的反抗定义为另一种暴力，从而合法化更深层的镇压。

This logic is the essence of meta-violence: the monopoly of the power to interpret “facts.” When ICE killed Renee Good, structural violence was hidden behind the shield of “law enforcement”; yet when citizens recorded that violence, their expression was branded as “obstruction.” This is a closed-loop scam: power generates violence, then defines the resistance to that violence as another form of violence to justify deeper repression.
Most repulsive is the escalation of this complicity mechanism. By bypassing the DOJ and deploying the DHS for “fishing expeditions,” Trump is searching for collaborators who can provide a veneer of legality. He doesn’t need evidence; he only needs a PowerPoint slide that can repackage “peaceful protest” as “terrorist financing.” Under this narrative, the law is no longer a shield for the individual, but a scalpel used by power to filter out dissidents.
This genetic lineage from the Cointelpro era proves one thing: in a masculine-centric narrative of power, “order” always means submission to the top. Whether in the name of “national security” or the “rule of law,” the core objective is to manufacture fear, making all potential expressers feel hopeless against the biological wall, eventually choosing silence through the death of subjectivity.
