The 'Evidence' is Just a Script Written by the State Machine

Law is merely a cover to legitimize traps under the shadow of meta-violence.

The 'Birmingham Four' case is essentially an existence war directed by the state machine. When the police set up a fake company called 'Hero Couriers' and embedded an undercover agent named 'Vincent', they weren't investigating crime—they were manufacturing it. Under the logic of meta-violence, once you are tagged as 'the other' or a 'potential threat', you cease to be a subject with human rights and become a character in a script that can be edited at will.

The most sickening structural violence in this case is the 'coincidence' of the evidence. Weapons just happen to be in the car; the agent just happens to 'stumble upon' them. This narrative was packaged as a victory for justice in court, while the lawyers' claims of planting evidence were ridiculed. Why? Because the court, the jury, and the judge together formed a field of complicity. They conspired to maintain a simple narrative: the state machine is always right, and 'terrorists' are always guilty. In this complicity, the value of truth is lower than the value of systemic stability.

Now, the undercover policing inquiry reveals a pattern of fabricating evidence. This proves that such violence is not an isolated incident but a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). When a system habitually uses fabricated evidence to achieve political ends, its proclaimed 'rule of law' is a massive scam. The delays of the CCRC and the arrogance of the police are merely the inertia of structural violence; they are waiting for the script to fade with time or be overwritten by a newer, more powerful narrative.

True justice is not something to be 'won' through a few lawyers' applications; it requires tearing down the cover called 'civilized order' to realize that as long as the power of interpretation is monopolized by the center of power, anyone who refuses to conform can be defined as a 'terrorist' one day.
