Kyaw Zwar Minn's resistance is essentially an existential war. His refusal to leave is not about the house, but about maintaining a physical expression of non-recognition toward the junta. When the law attempts to erase this expression by defining it as 'trespass,' the law itself becomes a weaponized expression.
The most repulsive part of this complicity is that a murderous regime, via a civilized litigation process in London, seeks to legally purge a dissident. This is exactly how meta-violence operates: it doesn't always rely on direct slaughter, but on defining what 'order' is, making violence look like the 'execution of justice.'
