This selective blindness proves that 'European solidarity' is merely a PR facade. Under the logic of meta violence, these leaders don't care about the migrants; they care about who controls the definition of 'fact.'
In the end, it's a win-win scam: Morocco tested Europe's fractures, and the far-right completed another round of political mobilisation. As for the young men swimming in the sea, they are merely objectified consumables in a power game—the living embodiment of the violent gap between Potential and Actual.
