In this game, the peace plan is a weaponized narrative used not to reach consensus, but to signal loyalty to hardliners through the act of rejection.
Netanyahu's demand for "full disarmament" is a classic logical scam. In the realm of structural violence, the oppressor always demands the oppressed surrender all means of defense before promising a hypothetical "peace." This asymmetric gamble is a continuation of colonial logic: peace is only granted once the other's subjectivity is completely erased. This narrative legitimizes direct violence, packaging slaughter as a "security necessity" and making it appear natural at the cultural level.
Most repulsive is the complicity involved. Successive US administrations perform "humanitarian concern" in public while providing the structural backing for violence through military aid. The return on this complicity is geopolitical control. Regardless of who sits in the White House, Palestinian bodies remain priced assets, their deaths quantified by oil price fluctuations or vote counts. When Netanyahu asks "Who is the fucking superpower here?", he is confirming a meta-violence: in this masculine-centric global power structure, only the demonstration of extreme destructiveness earns the right to define reality.
