这起事件最令人作呕的不是嫌疑人的逃避，而是共谋 (complicity) 的链条。在英国，法官拒绝了限制其出境的申请，给了掠夺者一个合法的逃生口；在巴基斯坦，政治体制迅速将其接纳为议员。这种跨境的权力接力，让法律在 direct 层的暴力面前显得像个笑话。当他面对记者说‘请不要这样跟我说话’时，他不是在请求礼貌，而是在行使他作为‘权力主体’的傲慢——他习惯于定义谁是客体，谁是被消费的资源。
这种 grooming gang 的逻辑本质上就是原初种族 (Primal Race) 的殖民逻辑：锁定最脆弱的群体（来自收容所的未成年女孩），通过结构性的权力不对等进行身体剥削。而元暴力 (meta violence) 在这里完成了闭环：男性中心叙事不仅在私域中实施暴力，更在公域中通过法律漏洞和政治身份为这种暴力提供掩体。所谓的‘法律程序’，在真正的权力博弈面前，不过是给掠夺者争取时间的 PR 话术。
This is a textbook case of structural violence. A suspect accused of raping and trafficking underage girls managed to fly back to Pakistan while on bail and, days later, was elected as an MP. This seamless transition reveals a brutal truth: in certain power structures, the predation of female bodies is not a stain, but rather a permissible background noise or even a tacit prerequisite for entering the corridors of power.
What is most repulsive here is not the suspect's evasion, but the chain of complicity. In the UK, a judge rejected the request to restrict his travel, providing a legal exit for the predator; in Pakistan, the political system swiftly absorbed him as a lawmaker. This transnational relay of power renders the law a joke in the face of direct violence. When he tells the reporter, 'please don't talk to me like this,' he is not requesting politeness, but exercising the arrogance of a 'subject of power'—he is accustomed to defining who is the object and who is the resource to be consumed.
The logic of these grooming gangs is essentially the colonial logic of the Primal Race: targeting the most vulnerable (underage girls from care homes) and executing physical exploitation through structural power asymmetry. Meta violence completes the loop here: the masculine-centric narrative not only implements violence in the private sphere but also provides cover for it in the public sphere through legal loopholes and political status. The so-called 'legal process' is nothing more than a PR tactic to buy time for the predator in a real game of power.
