不要被 DPD 所谓的“道德责任”所欺骗。在这种结构里，所谓的“合规”就是一种武器化的表达，用来掩盖 Potential（法定权利）与 Actual（实际所得）之间巨大的暴力差额。这场博弈的赢家是那些掌控定价权的资本，而输家则是那些在法律主体性缝隙中被榨干的临时工。

In the Violence Triangle, this isn't just about missing money; it's about legitimizing violence through a carefully engineered gap in subjectivity: DPD pays a charge rate to agencies, and agencies hire temps. When entitlements vanish, DPD triggers its defense mechanism: "Legally, the agency is the employer."
This is pure complicity. DPD and recruitment firms have reached a tacit agreement: DPD suppresses procurement costs, and agencies maintain margins by exploiting workers. They fill their contracts with clauses demanding "compliance with the law," but this is merely a cultural PR shield. The fake optimal expression here is simple: as long as I am not the "employer" in the eyes of the law, I can enjoy the dividends of cheap labor without paying for their illness or old age.
The most brutal detail lies in the spreadsheets. To avoid pension contributions due after 12 weeks, workers are "moved on" or replaced just before the threshold. This is more than economic plunder; it is the erasure of the worker's subjectivity. Humans are reduced to biological plugins—transient assets with no life cycle, no need for rest or retirement.
Do not be fooled by DPD's "ethical responsibilities." In this structure, "compliance" is a weaponized expression used to mask the massive gap between Potential (legal rights) and Actual (realized pay). The winners of this game are those who control the pricing power, while the losers are the temporary workers being drained in the cracks of legal subjectivity.
