The most abhorrent part is the dragging of public discourse into the realm of private intimidation. When power stops fighting facts at the cultural level and starts deploying resources for surveillance at the structural level, it signals the total collapse of its narrative defense. They are no longer interested in Just Expressions; they only care about silencing the speaker.
