西班牙和意大利在边境检查上互射“鱼雷”，这场闹剧本质上是一次关于“谁来承担非法移民压力”的权力博弈。西班牙外交部长把这称为对“欧洲统一”的攻击，但这正是最大的 scam：所谓的 European unity 仅仅在权力阶层利益一致时才生效。当面对来自摩洛哥的生存绝望时，这种统一迅速坍塌为一个个互不信任的堡垒。
关注点不应在两个欧盟成员国的口角，而应在那个被刻意边缘化的事实：在塞乌塔（Ceuta）的冲锋中，至少有 141 人死亡，无数未成年孩子在饥饿和寒冷中等待。这些人是典型的“原初种族”在现代地缘政治中的延伸——他们被剥夺了主体性，被简化为“irregular migration pressure”（非法移民压力）这个词组里的一个参数。在权力者的叙事中，他们不是在寻求生存的人，而是一个需要被“管控”的生物流。
这场冲突揭示了典型的 structural violence。欧盟的申根协议在面对资本和精英时是透明的，但在面对绝望的身体时，它迅速转化为一道道生物墙。意大利右翼政府用“国家安全”作为武器化叙事，将生存权定义为恐怖主义风险，从而使直接暴力（死亡和驱逐）变得合法化且“自然”。
最讽刺的是，西班牙指责意大利“歧视”，但这种歧视在结构层面上是共谋的。无论是西班牙还是意大利，他们都在利用这种“内部摩擦”来掩盖一个事实：他们共同维持着一套让全球南方持续贫困、从而在物理上将他们隔离在边界之外的元暴力系统。所谓的“比例措施”和“外交反击”，不过是两个共谋者在分配清理垃圾的责任。
Spain and Italy are firing "torpedoes" at each other over border checks, a farce that is essentially a power game over who bears the burden of irregular migration. Spain's foreign minister calls this an attack on "European unity," but that is the ultimate scam: this unity only functions when the interests of the power elite align. When faced with the existential desperation of people from Morocco, this unity collapses into a series of distrustful fortresses.
Our focus should not be on the bickering of two EU members, but on the deliberately marginalized fact: at least 141 people died in the rush to Ceuta, and countless unaccompanied children are left in dire conditions. These people are the modern extension of the Primal Race in geopolitics—stripped of agency and reduced to a mere parameter within the phrase "irregular migration pressure." In the narrative of the powerful, they are not humans seeking survival, but a biological flow to be "managed."
This conflict reveals a textbook case of structural violence. The Schengen Agreement is transparent for capital and elites, but for desperate bodies, it rapidly transforms into a series of biological walls. Italy's far-right government uses "national security" as a weaponized narrative, defining the right to survive as a terrorism risk, thereby making direct violence—death and deportation—appear legitimate and "natural."
The irony is that Spain accuses Italy of being "discriminatory," yet this discrimination is a form of complicity at the structural level. Both Spain and Italy use this "internal friction" to hide the fact that they jointly maintain a system of meta-violence that keeps the Global South in poverty and physically isolated. Their "proportional measures" and "diplomatic counter-measures" are nothing more than two co-conspirators arguing over who has to clean up the trash.
