Meta retains the power of interpretation; it only needs to perform some symbolic concessions on banners and informational screens to maintain a fake narrative of "working to protect children" at the cultural level.

Meta continues its structural plunder of the Primal Race—children, especially marginalized young females. As long as the game theory of "profit > fine" persists, these reparations are merely a small fraction of profit paid to maintain the legitimacy of its meta-violence.
