这就是典型的 masculine-centric narrative（男性中心叙事）。在元暴力的逻辑里，战争、破坏和杀戮被定义为“战略”和“战术”。当一个带着 Semtex 炸药的无人机飞在平民机场上空时，这本该是一场关于 direct violence 的极致恐惧，但媒体和政客迅速将其转化为一场 structural violence 的博弈——谁在背后操控？谁在进行 sabotage？在这种解释权被垄断的语境下，具体的生命个体消失了，取而代之的是像 NATO、俄罗斯、乌克兰这样巨大的、非人的政治实体在对撞。

Notice how the attention is steered toward 'hybrid threats' and 'foreign powers.' In this framing, a concrete threat of mass casualties is abstracted into a geopolitical game, and a potential terrorist massacre is presented with the industrial aesthetic of a 'professional operation.'
This is textbook masculine-centric narrative. Under the logic of meta-violence, war, destruction, and killing are rebranded as 'strategy' and 'tactics.' When a drone loaded with Semtex hovers over a civilian airport, it should be a moment of absolute horror regarding direct violence. Instead, the media and politicians swiftly convert it into a game of structural violence—who is the puppet master? Who is orchestrating the sabotage? In this monopoly of interpretation, individual human lives vanish, replaced by the collision of giant, inhuman political entities like NATO, Russia, and Ukraine.
The irony is that this narrative is not only used by the aggressors but is also a form of complicity by the defenders. The German government's 'caution' in pointing fingers is just another layer of this complicity. By maintaining a vague, professionalized threat level, they normalize terrorism. Once an attack is defined as part of 'hybrid warfare,' it shifts from an atrocity that must be eradicated to a risk that must be 'managed.' Through this control of the cognitive entry point, the public is conditioned to accept this 'low-intensity' terror—until the day a detonator actually works.
