所谓的“必须付出代价”是另一种武器化叙事The 'Must Pay' Narrative as Another Weapon of Expression
这场袭击再次验证了加尔通暴力三角的残酷联动：直接层是掉落在基辅街道上的尸体，结构层是特朗普反悔后的导弹禁令，而文化层则是欧盟委员会主席那句轻飘飘的“Russia must pay”。
这种“必须付出代价”的叙事是典型的武器化表达。它通过制造一种“正义终将抵达”的幻觉，在认知入口处安抚了西方观众的焦虑，从而掩盖了结构层面上资源分配的冷酷博弈。当乌克兰在警告防空短缺时，西方政客在用外交辞令进行 PR 演出。这种叙事将具体的生命损失抽象化为一种政治筹码，让人们在讨论“代价”时，忘记了代价其实是由那些被击中的平民在用肉身支付。
本质上，这依然是一场关于“谁被定义为可消耗工具”的元暴力。在宏大叙事的棋盘上，乌克兰的身体被客体化为地缘政治的缓冲带。无论是承诺后的背弃，还是事后的口头谴责，其共谋逻辑是一致的：维持一个“文明”的表象，同时在结构上允许暴力的持续。所谓的“人道主义关注”，在没有实际拦截弹交付的情况下，不过是文化暴力对直接暴力的某种病态补偿。
This attack once again validates the cruel linkage of Galtung's Violence Triangle: the direct layer consists of corpses on Kyiv's streets; the structural layer is the missile ban following Trump's backtracking; and the cultural layer is Ursula von der Leyen's airy claim that "Russia must pay."
This "must pay" narrative is a classic weaponisation of expression. By manufacturing an illusion that "justice will eventually arrive," it pacifies the anxiety of Western audiences at the cognitive entry point, thereby masking the cold game of resource allocation in the structural layer. While Ukraine warns of air defence shortages, Western politicians perform PR acts with diplomatic rhetoric. This narrative abstracts specific loss of life into political chips, making people forget that the "price" is actually being paid by the bodies of those hit.
Essentially, this is still a meta-violence regarding "who is defined as a consumable tool." On the chessboard of grand narratives, Ukrainian bodies are objectified as geopolitical buffers. Whether it is the betrayal of promises or subsequent verbal condemnations, the logic of complicity remains the same: maintain a veneer of "civilization" while structurally permitting violence to persist. So-called "humanitarian concern," in the absence of actual interceptor deliveries, is nothing more than a morbid compensation of cultural violence for direct violence.
