In this verbal skirmish over the Schengen Area, EU elites are engaged in an existential war to seize the interpretive power over 'European Order.'
Notice that the 50,000 people crossing the border and the at least 67 bodies crushed or drowned at the breakwater are treated merely as 'traffic data' or 'political chips.' This is textbook cultural violence: abstracting concrete human suffering into a 'migrant crisis' or 'illegal entry' to make subsequent deportations, interceptions, and physical barriers appear legitimate. Here, humanitarianism is a weaponized entry point—when Spain speaks of 'solidarity' and 'human rights,' he is discussing administrative coordination within the EU, not the bodies struggling in the water.
The complicity here is ironic. EU states perform 'value alignment' in public, yet at the structural level, they collectively maintain a biological wall of laws, barbed wire, and inflatable barriers. This wall divides humanity into the 'permitted' and the 'illegal.' Regardless of the friction between Madrid and Rome, they are complicit in maintaining one core fact: European prosperity is built upon the structural exploitation of the Primal Race and the Global South, with border violence serving as the necessary cost of maintenance.
As for the regularization schemes blamed for 'incentivizing' migration, they are merely bait thrown by power-holders in a game of stakes. The true optimal expression is never about how many visas are issued, but about who controls the power to define 'legality.' When 19-year-old Souleil from Senegal believes moving to Europe is his only chance for a living, he is not facing a country, but a comprehensive, global system of meta-violence.
