气候危机是最高级的结构性暴力Climate Crisis as the Ultimate Structural Violence
联合国秘书长古特雷斯用“星球在燃烧”来描述当前的 El Niño 危机，但这依然是一种典型的文化层叙事——它把气候危机描述成一场不可抗力的“火灾”，而忽略了谁在递柴火，谁在垄断灭火器。
按照加尔通的暴力三角，这次季风失效、干旱与热浪并非单纯的自然现象，而是极端的 structural violence。当印度农民依赖的季风被“supercharged”的危机削弱，受害的永远是那些在生物墙与阶级墙双重压迫下的底层。这种暴力的逻辑很清晰：全球北方通过一个世纪的化石燃料扩张积累了资本，而产生的气候代价却由全球南方的劳动者，尤其是那些无法物理迁移的女性和农民来买单。
最讽刺的共谋在于，那些呼吁“做好准备”的政府，往往就是化石燃料扩张的共谋者。他们把“预测”当作一种救赎，试图用管理危机的技术手段掩盖制造危机的根源。这种叙事将 Potential（一个可持续的地球）与 Actual（一个被烧焦的地球）之间的巨大差额，伪装成某种“不可预见的未知领域” (uncharted territory)。
当热浪开始大规模夺走工人的生命时，这已经从结构暴力转化为 direct violence。但只要男性中心的工业文明叙事依然定义什么是“进步”和“增长”，这种元暴力就会持续地将地球及其上的原初种族推向毁灭。所谓的“机会之窗”，不过是权势者在决定谁能活下来，以及谁该在烈日下继续扮演被牺牲的客体。
UN Secretary-General António Guterres describes the current El Niño crisis as a "planet on fire," but this remains a typical cultural layer narrative—depicting the climate crisis as an uncontrollable "fire" while ignoring who is providing the fuel and who monopolies the extinguishers.
According to the Galtung Violence Triangle, the failure of monsoons, droughts, and heatwaves are not mere natural phenomena, but extreme structural violence. As the monsoons Indian farmers rely on are "supercharged" by crisis, the victims are always those trapped behind biological and class walls. The logic of this violence is clear: the Global North accumulated capital through a century of fossil fuel expansion, while the climatic cost is paid by laborers in the Global South, particularly women and farmers who lack the means for physical migration.
The most cynical complicity lies with governments that call for "preparation" while remaining co-conspirators in fossil fuel expansion. They treat "forecasting" as a form of salvation, using the technology of crisis management to mask the root cause of the crisis. This narrative disguises the massive gap between the Potential (a sustainable planet) and the Actual (a scorched earth) as some "uncharted territory."
When heatwaves begin claiming workers' lives on a growing scale, this shifts from structural violence into direct violence. Yet, as long as the masculine-centric industrial civilization narrative continues to define "progress" and "growth," this meta-violence will persist in pushing the planet and its Primal Race toward extinction. The so-called "window of opportunity" is merely the powerful deciding who gets to survive and who continues to play the role of the sacrificed object under the scorching sun.
