Requiring a recently released individual—likely facing homelessness, addiction, or mental collapse—to adhere to rigid bureaucratic schedules is a weaponized expression. It doesn't provide a path back to society; it manufactures a trap where failure is inevitable. The moment you cannot afford an 'approved address' due to poverty, you become a subject to be legally reclaimed.
This is a classic case of complicity. In the public sphere, the government performs 'prison decongestion' via early release. Yet, at the structural level, they offset this performance by increasing the frequency of recalls. This mechanism ensures the prison population remains in a controlled dynamic equilibrium, while keeping releasees in a state of extreme precariousness—your freedom is not granted, but 'leased,' and any flaw in your performance of compliance triggers immediate reclamation.
This is how meta-violence operates: using the civil cover of 'law' and 'order' to mask the continuous stripping of human agency. When a system manufactures failure to justify its own existence, it becomes a massive scam. 'Justice' here is distorted into a pathological pursuit of predictability, and the cost is the erasure of any possibility for thousands to find their true optimal expression.
