The 'removal plans' are not good_news. They are merely performative concessions under PR pressure. As long as 'survival' is defined by capital as an 'amenity', and as long as the pricing power of temporary housing remains with billionaires, these people are simply being moved from one glass cage to another. A true victory would be: AC during a heatwave is a basic human right, not a luxury subscription service.
