It simplifies concrete, warm lives—especially women and children who possess no structural power—into coordinates on a war map or costs for some 'grand meaning.' This narrative dehumanizes the human body into a consumable tool, granting the aggressor a false, heroized sense of power while objectifying victims as attrition in a game.
Interestingly, a morbid complicity forms between opposing camps. Whether it is Russia's offensive or Ukraine's request for more missiles from allies, the core logic remains a hedge of 'violence machines.' People discuss gaps in air defense, yet rarely question why this logic of sovereignty—conducted by men and validated through the destruction of opposing bodies—has persisted for decades without being dismantled.
When a five-year-old girl's life is defined as a mere statistic within a 'massive attack,' cultural violence has completed the legitimization of direct violence. We are not facing a simple geopolitical conflict, but a war over who controls the definition of 'reality,' while the cost is always borne by the Primal Race.
