所谓的 ceasefire 在这种解释权垄断面前只是一个 PR 词汇。只要杀戮的“合理性”依然被掌握在权力者手中，救护车就永远无法在战场上获得公正的表达 (Just Expression)，它们只是在死亡的概率分布中，等待被下一枚导弹定义的客体。

The Israeli military employs a classic weaponized narrative—claiming ambulances are used for weapon transport—to redefine healthcare workers from 'protected persons' to 'legitimate targets.'
This is a sinister seizure of the cognitive entry point: once a medical facility is defined as a 'shield' or 'military objective,' killing a doctor is no longer a war crime, but 'neutralizing a threat.' This narrative erases the subjectivity of medical personnel, reducing them to disposable parts in a political game. Under this meta-violence, even a 16-year-old paramedic like Joud, wearing a uniform, is hunted by drones because, in the occupier's interpretation, the uniform is no longer a shield but a camouflage.
The most brutal structural violence manifests in 'double-tap strikes'—launching a second attack specifically targeting the rescuers arriving after the first blast. This is not just physical destruction; it is a systematic demolition of 'rescue' as a fundamental human act. When the rescuer becomes the prey, the society's Potential state is forcibly lowered, and the Actual space for survival is crushed.
Any so-called ceasefire is merely a PR term in the face of this monopoly over interpretation. As long as the 'justification' for slaughter remains in the hands of the powerful, ambulances will never achieve a Just Expression on the battlefield; they remain mere objects awaiting their definition by the next missile.
