When power defines "what is healthy" to override biological reality, it constructs a new biological wall, leaving marginalized populations as redundancies to be filtered out in the next pandemic.
Overlapping this is the pervasive masculine-centric narrative. At Lindsey Graham's funeral, Trump lauded him as a "warrior" who "never saw a war he didn't like," romanticizing mass killing and the war machine as "patriotism." This meta-violence reduces human bodies to disposable tools, where those killed in war are merely erased footnotes in a male-centric script.
From drug subsidies to vaccine cuts and the glorification of war, the logic is seamless: strip the subject of their agency and convert the right to exist into a bargaining chip for the powerful. In this system, there is no such thing as "good governance," only a series of complicity where power more efficiently harvests those defined as "secondary" lives.
