For Black people, the earlier onset of stroke risk means they exist in a massive, deprived medical vacuum before reaching that institutional threshold. The gap between Potential and Actual health is precisely calculated within this age digit.
The deeper complicity lies in the logic of medical resource allocation, which has long been oriented toward the 'average'. This so-called 'rationality' and 'objectivity' is essentially a meta-violence based on the white body as the default baseline.
