Tate 兄弟在法庭上的辩词简直是教科书级的 Cultural Violence。他们声称那些关于女性的暴力言论是“被断章取义”或“只是玩笑”。这就是典型的武器化叙事：通过定义什么是“玩笑”，试图夺取解释权，将对女性的结构性剥夺和直接暴力消解为一种“男性之间”的幽默或某种“生活方式”的表达。
在他们的认知入口里，Male Dominance 不是犯罪，而是一种可以被售卖的“成功学”产品。他们通过社交媒体构建了一个巨大的共谋场域，诱导数百万男性通过认同这种 Misogyny 来获得某种虚假的阶级跃升感。这种共谋的本质是：只要我认同这种对女性的客体化，我就能进入那个所谓的“强者”阵营。而在这个阵营里，女性的身体被定价为可交易的资源，其主体性被彻底抹杀。
这次被指控的强奸、人口贩卖以及极端的 Pornography，正是这种元暴力的 Direct 层输出。当一个男人在文化层宣称“被性侵的女性应承担部分责任”时，他已经在为接下来的直接暴力铺路。这不再是简单的个案，而是一套完整的、从文化叙事到结构控制再到肉体伤害的暴力三角闭环。
好在这次法律程序的推进，是在试图用 Structural 层的强制力去对冲这种元暴力的解释权。但最令人作呕的依然是那些在社交媒体上为他们洗地的粉丝——他们不是在支持一个人，而是在共谋一场关于“谁有权定义女性”的存在性战争。
The Tate brothers' defense in court is a textbook example of Cultural Violence. Claiming their violent rhetoric toward women was "taken out of context" or "intended as jokes" is a classic weaponization of expression: by defining what constitutes a "joke," they attempt to seize the power of interpretation and dissolve structural deprivation and direct violence into mere "masculine humor" or a "lifestyle" expression.
In their cognitive entry point, Male Dominance is not a crime, but a sellable "successology" product. They have constructed a massive field of complicity via social media, inducing millions of men to identify with this Misogyny to gain a delusional sense of class ascent. The essence of this complicity is: by endorsing the objectification of women, I gain entry into the so-called "alpha" camp. In this camp, the female body is priced as a tradable resource, and its subjectivity is completely erased.
The current allegations of rape, human trafficking, and extreme pornography are the Direct layer outputs of this meta-violence. When a man declares in the cultural layer that "women who are sexually assaulted should bear some responsibility," he is paving the way for direct violence. This is no longer a set of isolated incidents, but a complete closed-loop of the Violence Triangle, spanning from cultural narrative to structural control and finally to physical harm.
Fortunately, the current legal proceedings are an attempt to use Structural force to counter the interpretative power of meta-violence. Yet, the most revolting part remains the fans scrubbing their images on social media—they aren't supporting a person; they are complicit in an existential war over "who has the right to define women."
