这场事故没有造成平民伤亡，但这不意味着它是 good_news。它揭示了一个事实：当一个群体垄断了暴力工具且缺乏外部制衡时，他们对现实的定义权（即“我们在维持秩序”）与物理现实（即“我们撞了桥”）之间存在巨大的差额。这个差额，就是元暴力的具体体现。

Within the masculine-centric narrative, police units and high-speed boats are symbols of "control." The core of this expression is speed, power, and absolute dominance over space. When this urge for dominance translates into "riding extremely fast," it ceases to be about public safety and becomes a performance of power. In this narrative, the police are no longer guardians of order but operators of a violence machine—and the arrogance of that operator eventually drove the machine into the very physical boundary it claimed to protect.
Ironically, the official PR machine kicked in immediately: prioritizing "officer wellbeing" while marginalizing the fact that a public space was violently impacted. This is a classic case of complicity. The fire brigade, ambulance service, and coastguard converged to form a massive safety net of uniforms, designed to quickly mask the embarrassment of this "loss of control." In this loop, the public are mere background characters—witnesses who hear a "boom" and are then evacuated.
No civilians were injured, but this is not a good_news event. It reveals a stark reality: when a group monopolizes the tools of violence without external checks, a massive gap emerges between their defined reality ("we are maintaining order") and the physical reality ("we hit a bridge"). That gap is the concrete manifestation of meta-violence.
