Notice the phrasing: women are depicted as passively incorporated into a 'massive project' designed by men. Their labor is reduced to a complementary, sentimental embellishment rather than a source of power. Applying the Violence Triangle, the structural violence here hasn't vanished; it has merely been replaced by a more sophisticated management logic with an eco-friendly label. When a community's income triples but the decision-making tier remains a pure men's club, this 'success' is a re-confirmation of meta-violence: Who defines 'sustainable'? Who decides which trees fall? Who collects the dividends?
Unless an ecological project allows women to move from 'participants' to 'definers,' it is nothing more than another resource-extraction site managed by male complicity, just with the machinery painted green.
