The Pricing of Nuclear Power: Gendered Plunder Under the Mask of 'Civilization'

Non-proliferation principles are merely cultural weapons used by hegemons to define who is entitled to violence.

Trump and his 'Art of the Deal' are essentially re-pricing the interpretation of violence. When dealing with Iran, non-proliferation is an insurmountable 'civilized' bottom line; yet, facing Saudi Arabia, that same line collapses instantly before multi-billion dollar nuclear contracts. This proves that international norms, human rights, and security narratives are never about justice, but about creating a legitimacy mask for structural violence.

This deal reveals the core logic of meta violence: defining who is a 'civilized partner' and who is an 'axis of evil' depends not on behavior, but on who holds the pricing power over the definition. The complicity between Trump and the Saudi Crown Prince is a mirror projection of two monarchical desires for power—they seek not security, but an absolute monopoly on violence. Iran is pushed to the brink because it is defined as the 'object' in this masculine-centric, power-driven narrative, stripped of the right to define its own security.

Most tragically, the cost of this war—tens of billions of dollars—is spent maintaining a meaningless cycle of violence, while those funds could cover healthcare and housing for millions. This distorted resource allocation is the embodiment of structural violence: the survival rights of the marginalized are treated as negligible noise in the face of hegemonic 'face-saving' and nuclear gambling. The so-called 'liberation' or 'security' is nothing more than a weaponized narrative masking continuous plunder.
