用 950 亿美金在叙事里扮演“救世主”Playing the 'Savior' with a $95 Billion Price Tag

战争预算是男性中心叙事最昂贵的武器化表达。
War budgets are the most expensive weaponized expressions of the masculine-centric narrative.

95 billion dollars. In the House vote, this figure was reduced to "supporting our troops," a textbook case of weaponized expression. By packaging massive fiscal expenditure as "the needs of soldiers," Republicans have transformed a calculated political war into a romanticized narrative of loyalty, courage, and protection. In this framing, the war itself vanishes, replaced by a magnified, sanctified image of the "Protector."

Look at the structure: $73 billion for the military, $10 billion for voting restrictions. This is a precise act of complicity. Using the grand narrative of war as a shield, they are quietly stripping others of their political expression at the structural level by restricting voting rights. While the public is distracted by discourse on "patriotism," the power center is efficiently sealing the cognitive entry points. This logic—manufacturing a crisis through war to consolidate power—is the masculine-centric narrative in full operation.

The irony is that this "protection" never extends to the civilians caught in the crossfire, especially women. In budgets drafted, voted on, and executed by men, female bodies and lives remain invisible. They are either the "victims" used to justify aggression in a weaponized narrative or the background noise erased by structural violence. This so-called "civilized" budget is nothing more than an expensive suit tailored for meta-violence.
