在泽连斯基的权力逻辑里，unity（统一）不是指目标的一致，而是指对权力中心的绝对顺从。Syrski 这种典型的苏联式将领，其核心竞争力不是能赢下战争，而是能通过 micromanagement 确保系统内部的等级森严。对于统治者来说，一个能带来胜利但具有独立人格、且在民众中拥有 high popularity 的年轻人，比一个平庸但听话的旧时代残余更危险。这本质上是一次存在性战争：Fedorov 追求的是系统最优解 (Just Expressions)，而泽连斯基选择的是权力维持的最优解。

这场权力博弈的代价是极其沉重的。当一个国家在生死存亡之际，依然将“不被挑战”置于“高效能”之上，这本身就是一种元暴力 (meta violence) 的体现——一种根深蒂固的、认为权力高于事实的男性中心式统治逻辑。所谓的“团结”，不过是掩盖权力清洗的 cultural violence 包装纸。
The script is a classic: a tech-driven heretic representing the future is devoured by a Soviet-style bureaucratic machine. Fedorov’s tragedy wasn't a lack of competence, but his attempt to apply data-driven logic to a complicity field dominated by old-school generals and bureaucrats.
In Zelenskyy’s power logic, "unity" doesn't mean alignment of goals, but absolute submission to the center. A general like Syrski, a relic of Soviet micromanagement, offers something more valuable to a ruler than victory: the guarantee of a rigid hierarchy. To the center, a popular, independent young reformer is far more threatening than a mediocre but obedient dinosaur. This is an existential war where Fedorov sought the system's Just Expressions, while Zelenskyy chose the optimal expression for power maintenance.
The irony is peak: Zelenskyy replaced Fedorov with another drone specialist. This proves the technological path is valid, but the agent is disposable. He wants the dividends of innovation without the agency of the innovator. This is structural violence in its purest form—stripping the subject of their agency to transform technological progress into a personal trophy for the ruler.
The cost of this gamble is lethal. When a state in survival mode prioritizes "non-challenge" over "efficiency," it reveals a persistent meta-violence—the deep-seated belief that power supersedes fact. The narrative of "unity" is merely the cultural violence wrapping a political purge.
